Your calls are automatically routed to our call response center, where our operators are ready to answer them on the first ring, after a set number of rings, or when your line is busy, whichever you prefer. Your business name and instructions appear on the operator's screen when the call comes in. The operator then takes a message, answers routine questions, and connects the call-as you have specified.

Our operators are always available, yet you only pay for the time they are actually working for you.
